Glenwood Academy offers a complimentary and easy admissions package for interested parents. All of the schools private education forms are available for PDF download below. ADMISSIONS PROCESS FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Parents interested in applying should call the school Admission's Office to schedule a parent interview and tour of the school or to attend an Open House.
The following documents are required to complete the application process.

Do not submit original copies, as all material submitted become our school's property.
Application Fee
The completed application form should be submitted with a nonrefundable application fee of $200 made payable to Glenwood Academy. This fee includes an educational evaluation.
Educational Evaluation
Copy any recent testing within the last two years.
School Records
Copy last two years of childs report card. Include this along with school progress reports/report cards.
Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy Evaluations
Include reports from all professionals from whom your child is currently receiving services.
Once the application is received, the Admissions Committee will review the information. If the child appears to be an appropriate candidate, a visit to the school will be scheduled. This visit may vary in length, depending on the age of the child.
If further evaluations are needed, the school will be in contact.
